To address the growing labour shortage and offer companies new opportunities to match supply and demand, Confindustria Emilia has launched “If You Run, I Hire You”.”, a labour inclusion pathway for migrants already housed in SACs - Extraordinary Reception Centres in the territory, starting with that of the Metropolitan City of Bologna.
The project, implemented in cooperation with Seneca Impresa Sociale and Arca di Noè, kicked off on 16 September 2025 with a presentation meeting to companies, lasts 12 months including selection phases, language and civic training, CV workshops and training courses to develop technical skills, and aims to put 250 migrants into work.
