System Rules

Lo Statuto, approvato originariamente nel 1944, è il documento fondamentale di Confindustria. Definisce la vision e la mission della Confederazione, le sue attività istituzionali, i ruoli organizzativi, il perimetro di rappresentanza, la governance, i requisiti inderogabili per l’appartenenza, il rapporto associativo e ogni altro elemento essenziale.

The Rules of Implementation regulate in detail how the provisions of the confederal statute are applied. It translates the statutory principles into concrete procedures, regulating, among others, the formation and termination of the associative bond, election procedures, the functioning of the bodies, the criteria for the allocation of offices and the performance of international representation activities.
