Enterprise! is a project designed for students of 3rd and 4th grade to make them reflect, in a concrete way, on how decisions are made in a company: strategies, motivations, values of the corporate culture and the economic-social role of the company in the territory. The meetings take place directly at school and are led by entrepreneurs of the Education Commission of Confindustria Vicenzain collaboration with Federmanager.
The aim is to bring real-life experience into the classroom: how a business idea is born, how a company is built, what functions and roles make it up and what tools are needed to manage it and measure its results. An important focus is also on orientation: getting to know the different business professions helps students to link interests and aptitudes to possible study paths and future opportunities.
The project consists of two 2-hour modules:
- Module 1Guided overview of enterprise creation and management, from planning and control to organisational structure and social impact.
- Module 2: practical workshop on planning elements, using a business plan applied to a case close to the interests of the class.
In summary, Impresa! makes entrepreneurship education more lively and understandable by bringing schools, managers and companies into dialogue.
