The recently published interministerial decree has set out the implementing provisions for the new hyper-depreciation scheme, introduced by the 2026 Budget Act.

The webinar aims to explore the operational aspects in greater depth and provide further clarification to businesses.

Speakers will include Marco Calabrò, Head of the Department for Business Policy at the Ministry of Enterprise and Made in Italy, and Davide Valenzano, Head of Regulatory Affairs at Gestore Servizi Energetici.
