SME DAY 2025 - 16th National Day of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises

The 14 November will be held on SME DAY 2025, the 16th National Small and Medium Enterprises Dayorganised by Confindustria in collaboration with the System Associations to introduce new generations to the world of business through meetings e guided tours in member companies.

No single national event is planned: as in previous years, the day will take place with more initiatives across the country and abroadwith appointments also in USA and Brazil.

An experience to get to know the company closely

PMI DAY takes place both in Italy and abroadinvolving hundreds of enterprises e thousands of participants. Students have the opportunity to take a closer look how products and services are created, appreciating theexperience and the skills of the people who make them.

The initiative allows you to discover pride and dedication of those working in enterprises, offering a concrete view of their contribution to society.

The theme 2025: 'Choose'

The guiding theme of this year's edition is Choose.

The SME DAY received the patronage of

• Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation,

• Ministry of Education and Merit,

• Conference of the Regions and Autonomous Provinces.

The initiative is also included in the European SME Week and in the Confindustria Enterprise Culture Week.
