On 22 May 2026, the following was published in the Official Gazette (OG No. 117 of 22 May 2026): Law No. 88 of 22 May 2026, which concludes the process of converting the Tax Decree-Law (Decree-Law No. 38 of 27 March 2026), during which a number of proposals supported by Confindustria were accepted.
The update note comments on the measures introduced by the Tax Decree, supplemented by the amendments made during the parliamentary proceedings.
