The 6 October the The EU adopted a new package of measures following the escalation of military aggression and further illegal actions against Ukraine, including the threat of the use of weapons of mass destruction, the initiation of partial mobilisation and the organisation of referendums for the annexation of parts of the occupied territories in Ukrainian territory. The package consists of four Regulations (1903/2022; 1904/2022; 1905/2022; 1906/2022) and three Decisions (1907/2022; 1908/2022; 1909/2022) supplementing and amending the basic measures: Reg. (EU) No. 833/2014 (as amended), No. 269/2014 (as amended), No. 263/2022 and Decisions No. 145/2014, No. 266/2022 and No. 512/2014.
