Born in Naples on 23 September 1969 and living in Busto Arsizio, she is married and the mother of three children.

His career is characterised by a constant commitment to innovation and sustainability in the textile, fashion and retail sectors.

Co-founder of Yamamay in 2001, she played a crucial role in introducing ESG best practices, turning the brand into a benchmark in its industry.

Her leadership also extends to numerous important associations, where she holds strategic positions. Since 2024, she has been Vice President of Confindustria, with responsibility for internationalisation and investment attraction; in the same year she was appointed Vice President of EURATEX (the European Confederation of Apparel and Textile Manufacturers), with responsibility for sustainability. She participates in the President's Committee of Sistema Moda Italia.

He is also President of ABIE (Advisory Board of Foreign Investors), Vice President of the Leonardo Committee and member of the board of UNI Italia.

He is also a member of the Executive Committee of Confimprese.

In the past, he served as Vice President of Confindustria Varese, where he chaired the Textile and Apparel Merchandise Group.

On an academic level, he has collaborated with prestigious institutions such as the IED Institute - Accademia Galli in Como, the IULM University in Milan and the Vanvitelli University in Naples, promoting the dissemination of sustainability practices through numerous speeches and testimonials.

Since 2018, she is the founder and president of DIANA ODV and an active member of One Ocean Foundation, demonstrating a strong commitment to social and environmental causes.

She graduated in Political Science with a specialisation in International Relations from the Federico II University in Naples and completed studies in Fashion Merchandising at the American University in London.
