From 14 to 28 November, the Confindustria and Museimpresa initiative showcasing the cultural heritage and enterprise of Italian companies

It kicks off the 24th Enterprise Culture Weekthe national initiative of Confindustria e Museimpresa dedicated to enhancing the cultural heritage and entrepreneurship of Italian companies. The edition introduces the new National Open Day, designed to bring citizens, students and institutions closer to the heart of production and the values that drive companies.

An extensive programme of events, exhibitions and guided tours throughout Italy - realised thanks to the commitment of the Confindustria System and museums and business archives associated with Museimpresa - with the aim of recounting the identity of companies and their history, but also enhancing their social role in the territories by emphasising the deep connection between companies, people and local communities.

The theme of this edition, 'Telling Entrepreneurship. To grow open and connected businesses'.It calls for the enhancement of a dynamic business culture, rooted in the territories and capable of generating shared value between generations and communities.

The voices of the initiative

"Companies are real communities, places where tradition and innovation meet and build the future," emphasises the President of Confindustria Emanuele Orsini, recalling how Italian companies make a decisive contribution to the development of the country's territories and welfare.

For Antonio Calabrò, President of Museimpresa, 'recounting entrepreneurship means giving voice to an Italy where enterprise becomes a generator of culture, community and future', thanks to museums and archives that preserve stories capable of guiding new generations and enhancing the languages of innovation.

National Open Day is born

The Week is enriched this year by the new National Open Day 2025promoted by Confindustria: an occasion in which companies open their doors to students, citizens and institutions to show production processes, people and values up close. A widespread experience that strengthens the dialogue between companies and society, with a central event hosted by Poggipolini Speed Up Lab in San Lazzaro di Savena, Bologna.
