Confindustria in Brussels
The voice of Italian industry in the heart of Europe
Since 1958, Confindustria has been present in Brussels to continuously and authoritatively represent the demands of Italian industry to the European institutions. In a context in which the Union's policies shape the competitiveness, innovation and sustainability of the continent's production fabric, through the Brussels office we ensure the indispensable link between the Italian association system and Europe, promoting institutional dialogue, access to the opportunities offered by the EU - including funds, programmes and networks - and actively contributing to the debate on major economic and industrial challenges. Confindustria works every day to ensure that the voice of Italian industry is heard and valued at European level, at every stage of the legislative and policy-making process, through synergies and alliances with other major European employers' associations and through active participation in BusinessEurope, the main industrial confederation at European level, which brings together 42 employers' federations from 36 different countries on the continent.
