Riccardo Di Stefano
Delegate for Education and Open Innovation

Born in Palermo in 1986, Riccardo Di Stefano embarked on his career as a 'Young Entrepreneur' after classical studies and a degree in Law at the LUMSA University of Palermo. He then completed his education with a PhD in Civil Economy.

Always passionate about teaching, he began his professional career in the international education sector.
In 2012, he then began working in the family business, becoming a member of the Board of Directors of the company Officina Lodato S.r.l., established in 1957 with offices in Palermo and Rome and operating throughout Italy in the civil and industrial plant engineering sector.
He is also involved in property development and energy efficiency.

Thanks to the Young Entrepreneurs Movement, he decided to pursue his own entrepreneurial path, founding his own business in 2014, Meditermica srl, a company active in the wholesale supply of thermohydraulic material for companies and operators in the sector.

Riccardo Di Stefano's assignments in the Confindustria System begin in the Young Group of the Palermo Territory. At national level, he became passionate about the magazine of the Quale Impresa Movement, joining the Editorial Board. In 2017, he became National Vice President in President Alessio Rossi's team for the three-year period 2017-2020, where he was in charge of Education, Human Capital, and Internal Training projects, such as GI Academy and AltaScuola for Young Entrepreneurs.
