He is Chief Executive Officer and Managing Partner of Aristoncavi S.p.A, a family-owned company founded in 1958 and leader in the production of rubber-insulated, low- and medium-voltage electrical cables for special applications.

Since 2015, he has been actively involved in association life as a member of the Executive Board and General Council of Confindustria Padua, and until May 2022 he was President of Assindustria Sport.

Since January 2023 he has been President of Confindustria Veneto Est, born from the aggregation of Confindustria Venezia Rovigo and Assindustria VenetoCentro - Entrepreneurs of Padua and Treviso, of which he was elected President in October 2020, after having served as Vice-President.

He is a member of the Chamber of Commerce Council of Padua.

In the representation system, he also held positions in Federazione ANIE, a member of Confindustria, which represents electrotechnical and electronic companies.

Since 2024 he has been the delegate of the President of Confindustria for Transport, Logistics and the Tourism Industry.
