Giovanni Baroni was born in Parma in 1973.

Degree in Civil Engineering.

He is the founder and CEO of X3Energy Spa, a company active in the energy sector, and holds positions in several subsidiaries belonging to the group.

He also founded Billoo, a technology start-up that analyses energy bills and in less than 12 months has gathered almost 150,000 users.

He has been a member of the General Council of Confindustria since 2017.

From 2017 to 2021 he was president of the Piccola Industria Committee of Emilia-Romagna and national delegate for Sustainable Energy and Circular Economy of Piccola Industria.

From 2014 to 2018, he was president of the Small Industry Committee of the Unione Parmense degli Industriali.
