Born in Velletri in 1976, he is a second-generation entrepreneur at the helm of the Bianchi Assicurazioni Group, active in consulting and integrated risk management. A graduate in Business Administration and Management, he is also CEO and partner of Blue Shield Technology, a company engaged in the development of technologies for the blue economy.

He joined the Confindustria System in 2007 and has held numerous association positions: President of the Young Entrepreneurs Group of Unindustria (2015-2018), President of the Interregional Committee of Central Italy of Young Entrepreneurs (2017), Coordinator of the Technical Group "Intelligent Specialisation and Open Innovation" of Unindustria (2018), President of the Small Industry Committee of Unindustria from 2020 to 2024 and since 2020 member of the Central Council of Piccola Industria Confindustria.

He was a member of the General Council of Confindustria and is a member of the Advisory Board of the Marzotto Venture Accelerator. He has been President of Unindustria Latina since September 2024.
