Angelo Camilli was born in Rome in 1961.
In 1985, he obtained a degree in Economics and Commerce with a focus on Management Economics at LUISS, and in 1987 he fulfilled his compulsory military service with the rank of Second Lieutenant in the Army-Military Corps.
From 1990 to 1999, he held various managerial roles in industrial companies with a national and international presence until becoming CEO and President of Italian-Romanian and Italian-Saudi joint ventures.
In 1999, he founded Consilia CFO, which initially operated in vocational training and later also developed into Occupational Health and Safety.
From 2000 to 2003 he was President of the Young Entrepreneurs Group of Rome and Vice President of the Union of Industrialists of Rome.
From 2003 to 2010 he was coordinator of the Council of Section Presidents, Vice President for Associative Relations; President of the Strategic Safety at Work Committee of the Union of Industrialists and Enterprises of Rome.
From 2011 to 2012, in the new Unindustria, he was President of the Strategic Safety at Work Committee and took part in the Confindustria Safety at Work Executive Committee.
From 2012 to 2016 he was President of the Small Industry Committee of Unindustria and Vice President by right, with responsibility for Credit and Finance.
From 2016 to 2020 he was Vice President of Unindustria for Organisation and Association Relations, Vice President of IP of Confindustria and also a member of the General Council of Confindustria.
Since 2020 he has been President of Unindustria and Member of the General Council of Confindustria.
From 2021 to 2023 he is President of Cicero DIH Lazio.
Since 2022, he has been Deputy Vice President of Rome Technopole.
