Young people inside the enterprise

Since 2010 the SME DAY, which will take place next 14 November, is an annual event where our small and medium-sized member companies open their doors to students for guided tours and meetings.

The initiative, realised in cooperation with our Associations, aims to raise awareness of the production reality of enterprises, the opportunities that they offer to young people and their constant commitment for economic growth.

Through adirect experience in the companystudents have the opportunity to meet the protagonists of the manufacturing world.

The SME DAY takes place both in Italy and abroad, involving hundreds of companies and thousands of participants. Students can observe at first hand how products and services are created, appreciating the experience and skills of the people who make them.

The event allows people to discover the pride and daily dedication of those who work in companies, offering a concrete insight into their contribution to society.

The guiding theme of this year's edition is Choose.

SME DAY received the patronage of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperationof the Ministry of Education and Merit and the Conference of the Regions and Autonomous Provinces. It is also included in the European SME Week and in the Confindustria Enterprise Culture Week.
