OrientaLiveShow is a lesson-show dedicated to eighth-grade students, designed to help them choose a high school in an original, participatory and truly effective way. The meetings are held in November throughout the province of Vicenza and involve actors-performers from Teatroeducativo, capable of combining information and entertainment.
The project was created as an alternative to traditional orientation sessions: through theatrical scenes, play, information and open discussion, the students are guided to reflect on their interests, aptitudes and possible study paths. The language of theatre makes the contents more immediate and memorable, because the participants are not mere spectators: they feel involved, recognise themselves in the situations represented and can discuss them freely and constructively.
OrientaLiveShow also offers useful insights for parents accompanying their children in this important choice, helping them to navigate their way through doubts, expectations and opportunities. The topics addressed can then be explored in depth online at orientamentoscolastico.blog.
