Rome, 12 March 2026 - Confindustria starts a collaboration with the main New Media active in the digital environment, with the aim of renewing the story of being an entrepreneur and doing business in Italy.
The initiative, signed today in Rome, starts from the sharing of certain values, including the centrality of growth and competitiveness and the role of business, in this context, also as the country's social infrastructure.
The project stems from the awareness of the increasingly important role of digital media as actors of public information, able to speak especially to young people, through innovative tools and languages. Thanks to accessible content and effective formats, the New Media address and explain complex topics such as the economy, business, the environment, investment, human capital, internationalisation and innovation.
Among the companies adhering to the agreement, which is in any case open to further adhesions: Factanza Media, Future Proof Society, Il Punto Economico, Ingegneria Italia, Starting Finance, The Gap, Visione Imprenditoriale, Torcha, Pillole d'economia, CNC Media, Eccellenza Italiana, Worldy, Skuola.net and Chora-Will Media.
The common objective is to contribute to a narrative of Italian industry that overcomes stereotypes and enhances its excellence, while also showing its often less visible but qualifying dimension, namely that of being an engine of innovation and progress, a protagonist in sustainability processes, in the training of skills and in the construction of professional relationships that contribute to the development of people and territories.
The initiative will provide a stable space for debate, to strengthen business culture, tell the story of Italian industry more effectively and contribute to the entrepreneurial vocation of the new generations. Among the topics at the centre of the planned activities: the stories of Italian companies and their protagonists; the role of supply chains and territories in economic development; technological innovation; and studies and analyses on the main current economic and industrial issues.
Confindustria will make available to member media content, data and opportunities for comparison with companies and protagonists of the production system, favouring the development of new editorial formats dedicated to the telling of the economy and business culture. The New Media will animate a permanent laboratory of comparison, experimentation and dissemination.
