Rome, 27 November 2025 - Fausto Bianchi, President of Unindustria Latina and sole candidate after the withdrawal of Pasquale Lampugnale, was elected today by the Central Council of Piccola Industria as the new President for the four-year period 2025-2029. He thus joins the President's team Emanuele Orsini such as Vice President of Confindustria.

Bianchi, 49, born in Velletri in 1976, is a second-generation entrepreneur at the helm of the Bianchi Assicurazioni Group, active in consulting and integrated risk management. A graduate in Business Administration and Management, he is also CEO and partner of Blue Shield Technology, a company engaged in the development of technologies for the blue economy.
 
Entered in the Confindustria System in 2007He has held numerous association positions: President of the Young Entrepreneurs Group of Unindustria (2015-2018), President of the Central Italy Interregional Committee of Young Entrepreneurs (2017), Coordinator of the Technical Group 'Smart Specialisation and Open Innovation' of Unindustria (2018), Chairman of the Small Industry Committee of Unindustria from 2020 to 2024 and from 2020 member of the Central Council of Piccola Industria Confindustria. It was member of the General Council of Confindustria and is a member of theAdvisory Board of the Marzotto Venture Accelerator. From September 2024 it is President of Unindustria Latina.
