The 22nd Enterprise Culture Week, the Confindustria and Museimpresa initiative that celebrates Italian values and entrepreneurial heritage. In today's inaugural event, Monday 6 November, entitled  "Conscious industry: on a human scale', the summit of Confindustriatogether with 10 territorial associations (Confindustria Ancona, Assolombarda, Confindustria Bari and Barletta-Andria-Trani, Unione Industriale Biellese, Confindustria Bergamo, Confindustria Cuneo, Confindustria Genoa, Unione Industriali Napoli, Confindustria Aosta Valley, Confindustria Veneto Est) addressed the students directly in live mode. It was an opportunity to tell them about the member companies from a different perspective, also through the film "The Soul of the Enterprise which, after last year's preview, was relaunched to reflect on the common perception of the figure of the entrepreneur.
This year the central theme of the Business Culture Week is the importance of the individual - employees, family, customers, managerial figures, stakeholders - as a key player in the development of winning and sustainable business models. The approach human oriented and attention to the territorial and social context in which companies operate, characterises most of the most successful companies today, from SMEs to Multinationals. The human factor, therefore, will be the focus of the Enterprise Culture Week 2023, a event that aims to unhinge certain prejudices attached to the figure of the entrepreneur, highlighting its more human and less obvious traits, as well as the importance of its role in society. A vision that in this edition will be linked to the theme large of sustainability, on which many of the aspects of corporate culture are reflected. The primary objective will, as per tradition, be to highlight the role of companies as factories of the future and shared prosperity.
Today's event was introduced by Katia da Ros, Confindustria Vice President for Environment, Sustainability and Culture and Antonio Alunni, President of the Technical Group for Culture of Confindustria, with the conclusions entrusted to Alberto Marenghi, Confindustria Vice President for Organisation, Development and Marketing and the presence of Antonio Calabrò, President of Museimpresa, presented a format with insights related to the professional, social and economic dynamics that companies and those who work in them experience every day. The event was also an opportunity to strengthen the connection between the key players of the business world and society, highlighting the commonality of values, as well as boosting synergies between the Centre and the Territories.
