Fondimpresa, the interprofessional fund of Confindustria, Cgil, Cisl and Uil, with Notice No. 3/2023 finances the implementation of training plans shared between the social partners referable to Fondimpresa, aimed at training the workers of member companies.

In order to foster skills-enhancement paths for workers receiving wage supplementation treatments during the employment relationship geared towards maintaining the employment level in the enterprise, the Fund finances skills-enhancement paths in the cases defined by Legislative Decree No. 148 of 2015, Law No. 234 of 2021 and Ministry of Labour and Social Policies Decree No. 142 of 2022.  

The allocated budget is €65,500,000.
