CONFINDUSTRIA-INAIL SAFETY AWARD: THE 8TH EDITION KICKS OFF

Kicking off today is the8th edition of the 'Companies for Security' awardthe initiative promoted by Confindustria and Inail with the aim of contributing to the dissemination of the culture of prevention of accidents and occupational diseases, giving visibility to companies that stand out for their commitment and management results achieved in the field of health and safety. The competition, organised with the technical collaboration of the Italian Quality Award Association (Apqi) and Accredia, the Italian accreditation body, is open to all companies.
The evaluation of applications adopts an innovative global approach, which allows the level of security to be measured at all stages of the production process. Participation, in particular, offers the opportunity to obtain an in-depth check-up on company safety and to receive a report that not only lets you know where you stand in relation to other participating companies, but also which areas of strength and where you can improve.

Awards will be made by type of risk and company size. The finalist companies will also be able to request a reduction in the Inail premium rate, according to the procedures described on the Institute's website.
In order to illustrate the entry procedure, the operating model and the purpose of the Prize, we organised a webinar to be held next 9 November at 2.30 p.m.
 
The event is open to all companies and is valid for periodic updating of RSPPs/ASPPs  - pursuant to the State-Regions Agreement of 7 July 2016 - with the recognition of training credits of 2 hours.
