Confindustria took part in the initiative Goal 13 Impact, a survey launched in the UK and developed and implemented in Italy by Deloitte, to amplify the climate progress of the national business community. The Project aims to shed light on what the business community is doing to combat climate change and is a guide for companies wishing to replicate the experience and best practices pursued by others.

l Italian Report Goal 13 Impact Platform  describes the climate commitments and the main measures put in place by over 50 of the largest Italian companies and financial operators which were collected in interviews with company leaders.

The aim of the initiative is to facilitate the sharing of best practices and accelerate the path of Italian companies towards climate neutralityespecially in the current context of high volatility in the geopolitical, technological and economic spheres, where the opportunities offered by a transition to renewable energy sources are increasing.

The Report, which reflects the structure of the individual interviews conducted with companies, attempts to identify all aspects that involve or may involve sustainability management in order to understand positive aspects, critical elements and needs more stringent for each in-depth area.
