Next Gen Days - Second Edition: Final Event

Next Generation Days (NGDs) is an innovative project promoted by theAdvisory Board Foreign Investors (ABIE) of Confindustria, designed to highlight young talent from foreign companies operating in Italy.

Launched in 2023 by Lorenzo Bottinelli, Vice President and Managing Director of BASF Italy, the programme is now in its third year.

Each year, forty promising young people are selected by twenty major international companies to participate in the training course. Participants have the opportunity to discuss crucial topics such as leadership, sustainability e innovationthrough itinerant training sessions hosted by participating companies.

The highlight of the programme is the Final Eventwhich will be held at the prestigious Luiss Guido Carli. Here, the results of the 2024 edition will be celebrated with opening speeches, panel discussions, presentations of the best projects and an award ceremony.

Next Generation Days represents a unique networking opportunity between different generations and business realities, with the aim of building the skills of the future together. The event will be attended by CEOs, human resources managers, Luiss students and Alumni from past editions.
