Measures and Incentives for the Exploitation of Industrial Property. The 2025 Notices: Patents + Designs + Trade Marks

Also for 2025 Confindustria organises a webinar by presentation dedicated to new facilitation measures for the valorisation of industrial property, in collaboration with the Ministry of Enterprise and Made in Italy (MiMIT) and with the Managing bodies. 

The meeting, which will take place online on 4 November 2025 at 10:30 a.m., will be open to Federations, Associations and Companies of the Confindustria Systemupon registration, and will offer a comprehensive overview of the requirements and how to participate to the tenders. A Q&A section is provided to answer possible questions. 

The facilitation measures - called 'Patents+', "Drawings+" e 'Marks+' - continue in continuity with the National Strategic Plan on Industrial Property 2021-2023 and are designed to support micro, small and medium-sized enterprises in the valorisation of their industrial property rights.
