AI and work, at the heart of transformation

The event will take place on 9 December. “AI and work: at the heart of transformation”, an event dedicated to presenting the results of the’Confindustria survey on employment in 2025 and a multi-voice discussion on the impact of Artificial Intelligence on production processes, organisations and human capital skills.

The initiative will offer an up-to-date overview of current trends: Almost one in two associated companies shows interest in AI., while in addition to 11%, it is already using it or is trialling it. The most common applications relate to data analysis, marketing, and research and development, but significant challenges also arise in relation to the availability of appropriate skills and the complexity of technological integration processes.

Alongside the presentation of data, the event will feature contributions from the System Associations and testimonials from companies that are adopting solutions for IA to innovate products, services and organisational models. A round table will also be dedicated to the role of training, organisational innovation and tools to support the adoption of new technologies.
