The 23 and 24 October, at the Teatro Massimo in Ortigia, Confindustria organises theEducation and Open Innovation Foruman event dedicated to the future of human capital. The event stems from the need to respond to the demographic challenge and to build a shared strategy to redesign the balance of society and economy.
The reflection starts from a key concept: putting people, education, enterprise and work back at the centre. Training, attracting, enhancing and renewing human capital is the priority to open a new season of cooperation in Italy. A real 'citizenship collaboration'capable of tackling crucial challenges such as demography, skills mismatch, artificial intelligence, educational cooperation, entrepreneurship and applied research.
The system Confindustria thus proposes a major 'country project', involving top executives from companies committed to promoting partnerships with universities, ITS Academies and technical-professional institutes. The Forum will be attended by stakeholders and education managers from territorial and trade associations, the Piccola Industria and Giovani Imprenditori networks, the interprofessional funds Fondimpresa and Fondirigenti, together with education, open innovation and research experts.
