Next 2 Decemberat the auditorium of the Technical Confindustria, the final day of the Next Generation Days 2025. This is the final moment of the annual course dedicated to young talents from member companies to the Advisory Board of Foreign Investors (ABIE).

What are Next Gen Days

I Next Gen Days are a multi-year programme designed to enhance the professional and leadership skills of the new corporate generation through training days, discussions with business leaders and networking activities between colleagues from different realities.

Along the way, participants face key cross-cutting themes in the contemporary world of work - leadership, sustainability, business management and manufacturing - and work on project work sessions that allow them to put the knowledge and tools they have learnt into practice.

The day of 2 December celebrates the conclusion of the 2025 routewith dialogues dedicated to the future of work, the culture of innovation and the value of the mentorship in enterprises, as well as the presentation and awarding of projects developed by talents.
