Single Market Programme: Supporting Tourism SMEs 2026

Within the framework of the Single Market Programme, area “Competitiveness of Enterprises and SMEs” (SMP COSME), the European Commission has published the call “Supporting Tourism SMEs to become more competitive as they transform into more sustainable and resilient”.” (SMP-COSME-2026-TOURSME-01).

The call will be managed by the European Innovation and SME Council Executive Agency (EISMEA), in accordance with the Work Programme 2026-2027.

The overall objective of the notice is strengthen the competitiveness, sustainability and resilience of European tourism supporting the creation and consolidation of thematic and/or geographical tourist routes and related ecosystems, with a focus on twin transition and balanced territorial development.

The budget available for the call is EUR 6 900 000. The European Commission intends to finance five projects.

The deadline is 20 May 2026, 17:00 (Brussels).
