On 12 November, the new Erasmus+ Programme Guide 2026 by the European Commission.

Erasmus+ is the European Union programme for education, training, youth and sport. It represents a strategic tool for strengthening vocational training and promoting the acquisition of skills required by the labour market, thereby supporting the competitiveness of the production system.

Partnerships for cooperation fall under Key Action 2. These partnerships enable participating organisations to gain experience in international cooperation, strengthen their internal capacities and produce high-quality innovative results.

Two types of partnership are possible:

  • Cooperation partnerships;
  • Small-scale partnerships.

The primary objective of the cooperation partnerships is to enable organisations to increase the quality and relevance of their activities, develop and strengthen their networks of partners, increase their capacity to operate jointly at transnational level, promote the internationalisation of their activities, and exchange or develop new practices and methods, as well as share and discuss ideas.

The financing model The proposal consists of a menu of three lump sums to choose from, corresponding to the total amount of the grant for the project: €120,000, €250,000, €400,000.

I Small-scale partnerships aim to broaden access to the programme for small actors and hard-to-reach individuals in the fields of school education, adult education, vocational education and training, youth and sport.

In this case too, the financing model The proposal consists of choosing between two possible lump sums, corresponding to the total amount of the project grant: €30,000; €60,000.

In both cases, lThe deadline for submitting proposals is 5 March at 12:00 (Brussels time) for projects starting between 1 September and 31 December of the same year. National Agencies may organise a second round of applications: in this case, applicants must submit their grant application by 12:00 noon (Brussels time) on 1 October for projects starting between 1 January and 31 August of the following year.
