On 23 February, on the occasion of the second anniversary of the start of the Russian-Ukrainian conflict, the EU launched a further package of sanction measures that focuses on Russian supply networks for military equipment and advanced technologies, targeting, among others, companies also from third countries involved in direct support of Russia's military complex in the war of aggression against Ukraine.
