With the publication in the Official Gazette General Series No. 303 of 29 December 2022the approval process of the Budget Law for 2023 (Law No. 197 of 29 December 2022 - State Budget for the financial year 2023 and multi-year budget for the three-year period 2023-2025 (Budget Law 2023) was concluded
The note provides an initial review of the main fiscal and state aid measures of most interest to companies.
