The SME Cyber Index Report measures the state of cyber risk management awareness of small and medium-sized Italian companies.

Made by Generali and Confindustriawith the scientific support of theCybersecurity & Data Protection Observatory of the School of Management of the Politecnico di Milano and with the participation of theNational Cybersecurity Agencythe Report highlights and monitors over time the level of awareness of cyber risks within corporate organisations and the approaches adopted by them to manage these risks.

The main finding of the study is the need for a greater dissemination and promotion of cyber risk culture among small and medium-sized business organisations.
