Following the response to the public consultation on the PNIEC, Confindustria submitted its written submission to the Environment and Production Activities Committees of the Chamber of Deputies.

Generally speaking, Confindustria assessed the approach taken by the PNIEC 2023 Proposal positively, while pointing out some potentially critical elements.

According to Confindustria, in fact, the proposal should better structure its vision on the evolution of the national energy system and the market model it intends to develop in relation to each vector, so that it can constitute a Plan capable of guiding the development of the energy system from now until 2030 and represent an operational reference for stakeholders, administrations and institutions.
