The uncertainties of the current socio-economic scenario highlight how companies are now continuously exposed to transitionincreasingly unpredictable, with inevitable repercussions on the management of production and thus also on employment.
In this scenario, the workforce involvement in the management of business life is important to deal with transitions in a non-traumatic way, through synergetic and collaborative action between all parties involved, with sharing of objectives and responsibilities.
The text of the bill, as amended following its first reading in the Chamber of Deputies, responds to the need to adopt participation management policies based on a logic of balanced collaboration between the company and the workforce and declined in a non-standardised manner, but consistent with the degree of maturity of labour relations that characterise each company reality.
The measure, in fact, safeguards the voluntary choice of the enterprise with respect to the adoption of participatory models.
