The Decree for the support of production sectors and industrial crises, approved by the Council of Ministers on 12 June, introduces provisions to

• ensure the continuity of production and employment in the plants of the former ILVA and provide for measures to simplify and accelerate investments in the same plants;
• facilitating the disposal of business units of large enterprises in crisis;
• Strengthen the measures on social shock absorbers for companies in complex industrial crisis areas and support for employees in groups of companies.

Among the standards of main interest for Confindustria undoubtedly include the measures for establishments of national strategic interest and the Urgent provisions on social shock absorbers for companies in crisis.
