Confindustria agrees with most of the provisions contained in the measure, even though, in view of the title of the Bill, it hoped that a much broader reforming design could be undertaken.

In any case, confirming the overall appreciation of the proposals contained in the DdL, the comments document only formulates a few critical remarks aimed at improving the content of the measure in terms of labour administration and changes in the area of termination of employment relationships.
