Confindustria welcomed the intention of a new law to simplify and digitise procedures in the field of economic activities and services for citizens and businesses.

However, while recognising some positive measures in the Bill, such as those on ex officio cancellation and silence consent for building permits, Confindustria has pointed out that most of the measures proposed in the text have a very limited impact and simplifying scope.

Confindustria, therefore, proposes a strengthening of the measure, in particular, through the integration of the 80 simplification proposals contained in the 'Zero Cost' document.
