The Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism - CBAM entered into force in its transitional phase on 1 October 2023.

The adjustment mechanism of carbon at borders is an EU instrument to establish a fair price on carbon emitted during the production of carbon-intensive goods entering the EU, and aims to encourage a cleaner industrial production in third countries.

In this regard, to facilitate our member companies, we have prepared a document containing ranswers to frequently asked questions (FAQ) about the application of the CBAM Regulation.
