The Department of Finance launched a public consultation on the draft legislative decree implementing the Directive (EU) 2022/2523 of the Council of 14 December 2022, aimed at ensuring a global minimum level of taxation for multinational corporate groups and large-scale domestic groups in the Union.

Confindustria - jointly with Assonime - made its contribution to the consultation by sending the attached reply to the relevant offices of the Finance Department on 4 October.
