Confindustria presented at theEducation & Open Innovation Forum by Ortigiathe document "11.2 goals for a future yet to be written". The report brings together data, analyses and proposals for tackling the demographic challenge and outlining a new strategy for enhancing human capital in Italy.
The document is structured around three strategic directions:

Attract those who wish to train and work in our country (Migration IN).

Withholding or reporting who can contribute to the innovation of the Italian system (Migration NO-OUT).
At the heart of the report is the point 11.2which gives rise to the Genesis Project - Generations, Education, New Energies, Sustainability, Innovation - a shared vision to build the future of the country.
