  2. What are the cookies?

The Site provides users with buttons for sharing content via social media or other communication tools. Pages containing such buttons do not release cookies neither first-party nor third-party. However, by clicking on the symbol of the chosen sharing tool, the user will access third-party features or platforms - for which the Controller is in no way responsible - that may release cookies.

    Consent to use of cookies
    The use of cookies of performance requires the user's consent.When accessing the Site, there is a banner which contains a summary information on the cookies used.Through the bannerthe user may:
    • manage the settings for individual categories of cookies;
    • refuse the use of cookies of performance. In this case, the Site will only use cookies strictly necessary;
    • express consent to the use of cookies of performance;
    • access the Preference Centre cookies to select your preferences by enabling or disabling individual categories of cookies.

The banner is only visible when accessing the Site for the first time; the user's expressed preferences are stored, through a cookies technical means, so as to enable him/her to directly access the pages of the Site during subsequent visits.     Personal data collected through the Platform are processed in accordance with EU Regulation No. 679/2016, Legislative Decree No. 196/2003 and Legislative Decree No. 101/2018, as well as the Privacy Guarantor's Order No. 231 of 10 June 2021.Personal data are processed by Confindustria staff, who act on the basis of specific instructions provided regarding the purposes and methods of processing.Personal data may be disclosed to: i) external structures, which perform support tasks on behalf of Confindustria, in their capacity as data controllers; (ii) public entities for the fulfilment of legal obligations, which carry out their respective processing activities as autonomous data controllers; iii) public or private entities to enable the Controller to establish, exercise or defend a right in court, as well as for other reasons related to the protection of rights.The data collected using the cookies will not be disseminated.

     

  1. Transfer of data outside the European Union
    Data collected using the cookies of GA4 may be transferred outside the European Union and, in particular, to the United States, subject to compliance with the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.     At any time, users of the Platform have the right to access their personal data, to request their rectification, updating and deletion.
