Natale Mazzuca was born in Cosenza in 1965.

He is a Director and Technical Director of Ma.Co srl, a family company that has been involved in public and private construction for over 70 years and is involved in other companies in the sector.

Between 2014 and 2020, he was President of Unindustria Calabria, the Digital Innovation Hub Calabria and the Committee for Territorial Cohesion of Confindustria.

He has been a member of the General Council of Confindustria since 2015.

From 2020 to 2022 he is Vice President of Confindustria for the Economy of the Sea.

Over time, he has held the positions of President of Confindustria Cosenza, Ance Cosenza, Cassa Edile Cosentina and of the bilateral bodies Scuola Edile and Comitato Territoriale per la Sicurezza nei cantieri.

He was a Member of the National Council of Ance and Ance Calabria, of the Council and Board of the Chamber of Commerce of Cosenza, Member of the Board of Directors of the special company PromoCosenza.

Former member of the Technical Committee of Confindustria Cosenza Fidi and of the Board of Directors and Executive Committee of Crati Scrl, a Consortium for the research of innovative technologies formed by the three Calabrian universities, Tor Vergata, Fincalabra and private companies.

He received the 'Mariano Turano' award for having 'played a leading role in the economic development of the territory and for having promoted the implementation of the Unindustria Calabria network model'.

Since 2020, he has been Honorary President of CSAIN - Corporate and Industrial Sports Centres.

He is a Knight of Merit of the Italian Republic.
