Livio Vanghetti
External Relations Director

Livio Vanghetti began his professional career as an editor at the economic editorial offices of La Voce and Adn Kronos. In 1998, he joined Philip Morris, then moved to Lottomatica, where he held the position of Vice President Marketing and Communication.

Returning to Philip Morris, in 2007 he assumed the position of General Manager Italy and from 2009 that of General Manager for the Slovak Republic. During the same period, he was also responsible for the Group's corporate affairs for the European Union.

He led the Corporate Affairs department as Vice President Corporate Affairs for Eastern Europe, Middle East, Africa and Duty Free, with responsibility also for activities in Israel.

In 2017, he was appointed Vice President for Global Partnerships and Cooperation, focusing on business transformation with the goal of replacing cigarettes with low-risk products.

From 2022 to 2024, he served as Head of Communication for the Rome 2030 Committee.

He was a member of the advisory board of the Guggenheim Museum in Venice and the American Chamber of Commerce in Italy.
