Following the transposition of the new European regulations on whistleblowing, Confindustria has drawn up, with the support of its Working Groups, an 'Operational Guide' containing a series of useful indications to support companies and Associations in the implementation of the requirements.

The document offers practical suggestions on the most appropriate solutions for defining internal procedures, to be tailored to the specificities of each corporate structure, such as: the choice and establishment of the internal reporting channel; the identification of the person called upon to handle the report and the activities he or she must perform to follow it up.

The document, available in the annex, also takes into account the indications provided by ANAC, which is the competent authority in this matter and with which Confindustria has established a fruitful cooperation from the beginning, in its Guidelines.
