This document proposes 80 cost-free simplification measures aimed at improving the business environment.

The proposals, elaborated by Confindustria with the support of the Association System, follow three guidelines: they are interventions without financial burdens, immediately cantierabili and inspired by a logic of proportionality for the benefit of smaller companies and/or those with lower levels of risk in their activities.

Numerous policy areas are covered, such as corporate criminal law, taxation, cohesion, labour, environment, energy, research and development, investment, digital, public contracts, transport, privacy protection and internationalisation.

The ultimate aim of the document is to foster the creation of a more stable, clear and predictable regulatory framework, enabling companies to plan, work and invest with greater certainty.
