AI Lead is a project Erasmus+ KA220-VET (cooperation partnership for vocational education and training) led by Confindustria Pesaro Urbino, created to help the SME to integrate instruments of Artificial Intelligence in daily activities and improve efficiency and performance.
The value of the project is to transform AI from an abstract topic to an operational competence, with resources designed for those who work in companies and for those who accompany companies on innovation paths. The main outputs are three:
- AI Lead MOOC: a free online course aimed at workers and managers in SMEs to understand AI and apply it consciously in business processes.
- AI Lead Facilitator Kitturnkey tools and materials for VET trainers and organisations supporting SMEs in adopting AI, with a step-by-step, low-risk approach.
- AI Lead Training Course: a route in the presence dedicated to VET trainers, to develop technical and methodological skills on AI applied to SMEs.
In summary, AI Lead builds a concrete bridge between technological innovation and the real needs of small and medium-sized enterprises, making AI adoption more accessible, guided and measurable.
