La 24th Enterprise Culture Week promoted by Confindustria e Museimpresa returns from 14 to 28 November 2025 with an emblematic title: 'Telling Entrepreneurship. To make open and connected enterprises grow'.

An event that over the years has become central to the valorisation of the contemporary business culture: dynamic, forward-looking, rooted in the territories and close to the people. Each edition intercepts and influences changes in the production system and society.

The Heart of the Week: Entering Italian Enterprises

Promoted by the Enterprise Culture Technical Group, the Enterprise Culture Week is a direct invitation to go 'straight to the heart of companies': to enter their spaces to discover the people who animate them and understand the ideas, skills and visions that cultivate talent and fuel progress. Businesses are not only the country's production engine, but an expression of its identity, history and values.

News 2025: National Open Day

This year, the Week is enriched with a great novelty: the National Open Day of Business (nationwide event).

The enterprises of the Confindustria System will open their doors to show what often remains invisible to the public: the ingenuity, work ethic, passion and communities that contribute every day to Italian growth. It is a unique opportunity to tell the story of the Italy that produces by looking at it up close.

The focus of the Enterprise Culture Week will be the national event to be held on 21 November 2025 at Poggipollini Speed Up Laba company that symbolises Italian enterprise and advanced technology supply chain.
