Confindustria attended the parliamentary hearing on the draft legislative decree establishing the Incentive Codeexpressing appreciation for the objective of simplifying and rationalising the system of subsidies for companies.

In its speech, the Association emphasised the need for a framework consistent with the European industrial strategy, the need for greater regulatory clarity and a structured involvement of the production system to ensure an effective, transparent and timely use of support measures.
