Third stop in Verona for Innovation Days 2025: focus on AI, sustainability and digital culture

After the start in Brescia, it will be Verona to host the third stage of the seventh edition of Innovation Daysthe Roadshow promoted by Confindustria e Il Sole 24 Ore to bring Italian companies hi-tech, energy and financial solutions for growth and internationalisation.

The event, organised in collaboration with Sistemi Formativi Confindustria and with the support of 4.Manager, will be held Tuesday 24 June 2025 at the Chamber of Commerce of Veronawith an intensive morning of insights, debates and networking.

Opening the proceedings will be an interview with Raffaele Boscaini, president of Confindustria Veneto, who will illustrate the challenges that regional companies are facing: from the crisis in Germany, the main market for local exports, to the neo-protectionist policies of the United States, to energy costs and the need for continuous innovation.

At the centre of the meeting were four crucial themes: the entry of Artificial Intelligence into production and management processes, energy efficiency for not only environmental but also economic sustainability, training and the search for talent e public and private support for innovative enterprises.

The session, moderated by Il Sole 24 Ore journalists, will be attended by experts and representatives from industry. Particular emphasis will be placed on the Confindustria Innovation Hub panelthe National Digital Innovation Hub of Confindustria, which will illustrate to companies the opportunities offered for digital transformation, available funding (with coverage up to 100% thanks to PNRR funds), the advanced services provided and the increasingly strategic role played by the Pole both nationally and in the Veneto region.

Among the panelists, Stefano Miotto, general manager of SIAV, will speak to concretely enhance the action of ConfIN Hub, highlighting the opportunities for companies and the support paths that can be activated.

There will also be a focus on bridging the gender gap, with initiatives presented by 4.Manager to promote women's access to leadership roles and equal opportunities in the world of work.

The morning will conclude with a Business Networking Lunchopportunity to create connections and synergies between speakers, partners and participants.
